Auto Reply Settings:
An auto reply is a message that is sent back to the message sender with a response you specify and within a date range you specify.
To minimize the number of responses, any responses sent back to a sender is remembered. A new response is only sent if the reply is changed, the date range changed, or if 7 days pass since the last response.
The most common use of an auto reply is when you go on vacation and wish to notify any senders that you will not be reading your email.
Setting up an Auto Reply:
In order to set up an auto reply, you must specify the Start Date, Stop Date, and the Response message that will be sent. The Status will automatically be Enabled between the Start and Stop dates, and will be Disabled before and after this time period. When the Status is Enabled, the Auto Reply will be sent.
The current status of the auto reply is displayed when you enter your Auto Reply Settings.
