Setting up Incredimail

From the IncrediMail main window, click on the "Tools" menu and select Accounts

At this point, a Mail Accounts dialog will open.
Click on "Add" to create a new email account.
At this point, the Account Wizard will open. Select your preference "Let Me configure settings myself" and click "Next".


Account Wizard will request that you insert your name (as you would like it to appear on the emails you send) and your email address. After this info is correct Click Next

Here you will put in your incoming (POP3) and Outgoing (SMTP) server settings in the appropriate fields, click ‘Next'. Often it will do an automatic look up so this information should already be completed when the customer gets to this screen!


Here you will enter your Username and Password and then click Finish


You are now done with the setup. Your new account will be added to the list of accounts in the Mail Accounts dialog From this dialog you will be able to add or remove email accounts, see server properties and determine which email account will be set as your default.
